MAVRADIO EARNS 11 ERIC SEVAREID AWARDS
(OMAHA, Neb.)- University of Nebraska at Omaha, School of Communication students, who participate in MavRadio.FM and The Omaha News, earned 11 Midwest Broadcast Journalists Association Eric Sevareid awards announced Saturday, through the Midwest Journalism Conference.
The Conference, typically held in Minneapolis, was canceled last weekend as a response to protect the health and wellness of our communities. Six states make up the regional conference including: Nebraska, Iowa, South Dakota, North Dakota, Minnesota and Wisconsin.
