Omaha—From noon on October 8 to noon on October 9, the University of Nebraska at Omaha (UNO) campus will host “Wear Black Give Back,” its largest donation events of the year. This initiative is an excellent opportunity for the local Omaha community to support their favorite student organizations and clubs on campus.
Every dollar donated specifically to MavRadio during this event will directly contribute to creating enriching learning opportunities and experiences for students, enhancing their academic education and career goals. Funds raised will help upgrade equipment, provide greater financial assistance for travel to events such as competitions, and much more.
Additionally, if 25 or more donors contribute to MavRadio during this day of giving, the organization will receive a bonus of $200. MavRadio will also partner with the UNO Television studio to provide live reports on the festivities throughout the event.
